African Elephant
[Loxodonta] Picture taken in western side of Etosha. Wildlife in Namibia have devolved ownership rights, so there is now incentive to manage for wildlife land uses for income. But Elephants can be a "hell raising curse" for some farmers and communal residents or a high dollar tourist and hunting income generator for others.
